Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be completely informed about your purchase. If you need to return an item, please read our policy carefully to ensure your item qualifies.
Return Window
You have 90 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging with all tags, accessories (such as the included belts, scarves, or bags) intact.
Please note: There are no "final sale" items at this time, and all regular items fall under this 90-day return policy.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs. FITFRAMEWEAR does not provide prepaid return shipping labels. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, you must do so within 1 to 2 hours of placing it. Once this window has passed, the order will have entered our processing system and can no longer be canceled. If the cancellation window has passed, you will need to wait for the item to arrive and proceed with our standard return process.
Refund Process and Timing
- Initiate a Return: Contact us at support@fitframewear.shop to notify us of your return and receive instructions.
- Inspection: Once your return is received at our facility, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return conditions.
- Refund Issuance: If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 to 10 business days after the inspection is complete. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Warranties
There is no separate or extended warranty offered on our products.
